Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the 6-Week Sales Accelerator Program™ (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Client and Stupar Enterprises, LLC (“Company”).

1. Online Portal Access (via The Sales Academy)

Client will receive access to the Online Portal (“Portal”), hosted by The Sales Academy, via email prior to the official start date of the Program.

 

Access may take up to 48 hours after enrollment to be provisioned.

 

Portal access is for the Client only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or distributed.

 

All course materials, lessons, videos, documents, and digital assets inside the Portal remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

 

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of Portal content will result in immediate removal from the Program with no refund and may result in legal action.

2. Program Schedule & Live Call Access

The Program includes live calls hosted by Jordan Stupar and members of the Company’s coaching team.

 

Live calls will take place on predetermined dates and times communicated via email and/or the private Telegram group.

 

The Company reserves the right to modify call hosts, call times, or call structure as needed.

 

Recordings are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

 

Client is responsible for attending live sessions; missed sessions do not qualify for make-up calls or refunds.

3. Payment Terms & Waitlist Policy

Client agrees to pay the full Program fee of $3,250 USD unless a team or discounted rate has been explicitly offered and approved by the Company.

 

Payment Plans:

Payment plans are permitted; however:

Clients on a payment plan will be placed on the Waitlist until their balance is paid in full.

Only Clients who are paid in full will gain access to the live Program cohort.

 

If a payment plan fails or is not completed, Client forfeits access to the Program, Telegram group, Portal, and all resources.

 

All payments are non-refundable.

4. Commitment to Participation

The Program is designed as a live, interactive learning experience. Client acknowledges that:

 

Results depend on full participation, effort, and completion of assignments.

 

The Company does not guarantee income, financial results, or performance outcomes.

 

Client is responsible for implementing the material taught.

 

Lack of participation does not grant refund eligibility.

5. Telegram Community Access

Client will receive access to the private Telegram group for ongoing support and communication.

 

Client agrees to:

Maintain professionalism and respect toward all members

Follow community guidelines as communicated

Not solicit, sell, pitch, or recruit inside the group

Not share group content outside the group

 

Violation may result in removal from the group without refund.

 

Telegram access is considered a lifetime benefit, but the Company reserves the right to revoke access for misconduct or policy violations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All Program content—including but not limited to: videos, worksheets, scripts, frameworks, lesson recordings, sales methodologies

the 6-Week Sales Accelerator Program™ curriculum —is owned exclusively by Stupar Enterprises, LLC.

 

Client receives a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal development only.

 

Client may not: reproduce, distribute, sell, teach, or repurpose, any Program materials without written permission.

7. No Chargebacks / No Refund Policy

Client acknowledges that all payments are final and non-refundable.


Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment reversal against the Company.

 

In the event of a chargeback attempt, all access to the Program, Portal, and Telegram group will be revoked immediately, and the Company may pursue collection or legal remedies.

8. Substitution & Coaching Team Changes

The Company reserves the right to: change call hosts, substitute coaches, modify workshop schedules, adjust curriculum delivery methods to maintain Program quality and operational efficiency.

 

These changes do not alter the value of the Program or qualify for refunds.

9. Removal from Program

The Company may remove a Client from the Program, Telegram group, or Portal for: disruptive behavior, unethical conduct

attempts to poach, solicit, or recruit from the community, sharing confidential materials, harassment or inappropriate communication

 

Removal for cause does not qualify for a refund.

10. Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee: income results, sales performance, closed deals, promotions, business growth

 

The Program provides training and support. 

 

Client's results depend on effort, skill, market conditions, and individual implementation.
